The Growth checklist on the Dashboard puts your store’s own number next to the target for each rule, and marks each row on target or needs work. Every number comes from your real orders, ads and payouts. Nothing is estimated. A rule shows only once there is a number behind it, and the checklist appears once your store has real numbers to check.

Which rules you see

  • Stores that sell subscriptions (the Subscriptions sales channel is added) see the full checklist: cash, ads payback, supplier terms, subscriber profit, the 72-hour offer check, renewal and order benchmarks, discounts, billing cycle, renewal reminders, membership, cost per customer, chargebacks, monthly growth and the most you can pay for a customer.
  • Every other store sees Business health, which has four rules: cash cycle, bank-ready numbers, real cost per new customer and card chargebacks.
To add subscriptions, go to Settings → Sales channels and add Subscriptions. Stores that already had subscription plans or subscribers have it added for them. Removing the channel takes Subscriptions off your menu and hides the full checklist. Your plans and subscribers are kept. A rule that cannot apply to your store is left out. For example, the supplier terms rule only shows once you buy from suppliers in the supplier network.

Make it yours

Choose Customize on the checklist:
  • Turn any rule off. The on target count only includes the rules you track.
  • Change targets: days to pay back ads, supplier payment days, the renewal, subscription share, product cost and order size benchmarks (in your store’s currency), the biggest subscription discount, how often you bill, the chargeback line and your monthly growth goal.
  • Reset to recommended brings back every rule and the recommended targets.

For developers

GET/PUT /api/v1/dashboard/v3/store/{store_id}/growth-checklist takes and returns { "hidden": [rule keys], "targets": { key: number } } plus defaults. A PUT replaces the whole set, and an out-of-range target is rejected with 400. GET/PUT/DELETE /api/v1/settings/sales-channels/subscriptions adds or removes the Subscriptions channel.
